Lexington

The Lexington privacy fence offers dependable performance at an economical price, making it a wise choice for customers looking for great value in a vinyl fence.  Complete with the attractively designed 1-1/2” x 5-1/2” deco top rail, deco bottom rail reinforced with galvanized steel channel to prevent the section from sagging, a sleek “V Groove” tongue and groove picket designed for extra wind load strength, and a sturdy 5” x 5” post with routed holes to accept the rails (as opposed to unsightly brackets which can detach from the post), the Lexington has become the most popular privacy fence we offer here at Maintenance-Free Outdoor Solutions, (MFOS).  Available with (or without) lattice accent and in the colors of white and tan, the Lexington has been wind load tested to withstand up to 70 miles per hour winds.  If you need to transition the Lexington from 6’ to 4’ in height, “Swoop” and “S Curve” transition sections are also available.  The Lexington and Lexington with Lattice Accent meet most Metro St. Louis swimming pool codes in the nominal height of 6’.  (Actual height is 68” or 5’8”.)

In order to accommodate the hilly St. Louis terrain, MFOS has taken the Lexington one step further.  Due to our fabrication capabilities, we have developed a sophisticated (yet simple to apply) system to provide both our Do-It-Yourself customers and our professional installers the proper material to rack down even the steepest of grades.  (Rack is a term used to describe retaining vertical with pickets and posts while the rails follow the downward slope of the ground.)  Other competitor’s products will either need to be stepped which can cause unsightly gaps underneath the fence where dogs can escape, or will require difficult and frustrating field modifications.  Even with these modifications, a lot of products still won’t be able to properly rack down the hill.  With our fabrication modifications, a potentially very difficult installation will be made much easier.  How much extra do we charge to modify the material?  Nothing!
